Francisco Cabrera-Feo is a bisexual, bilingual, and bittersweet writer raised by an activist mother in war-torn Venezuela before emigrating to South Florida at age 11.

He's currently a staff writer on a new HBOmax show, co-wrote an episode on Season 2 of NETFLIX'S Peabody nominated GENTEFIED, wrote on a NETFLIX project celebrating Queer Latinxs, and has recently been accepted into Sony's 2021 Diverse TV Writers Program.

He writes for the closeted chubby kids who wore t-shirts in the pool and were forced into Catholic school even if the body of Christ compelled them. He has multiple projects in development with Ty Burrell, Kyra Sedgwick, as well as the founder of MARCH FOR OUR LIVES, and has premiered films at OUTFEST and HBO’S NYLFF. Despite PEOPLE MAGAZINE calling him “The New Promise of Latino Cinema," his mother still thinks he's a gringo.
